I am allowing Tender Loving Empire to use our/my song for no more than 3000 copies of the compilation with no royalty to the musical group.

I hereby allow the uploaded track to be downloaded for free from Tender Loving Empire as well as any other websites to which Tender Loving Empire disseminates the track for 1 year from the release date.

I hereby allow any and all radio stations or podcasts to play the uploaded track.

I state that the music I have made for the Friends and Friends of Friends Vol. 3 is legally owned by me and is not owned by another party. I also state that my music does not contain any samples that don’t belong to me. Each selected musical group will receive 5 free albums that they can keep, give away, or sell.

If a musical group wishes to buy albums for personal use or resale, the cost is $3.00 each. Retail price is $8.00.

The track I am uploading is not being submitted to any other Portland area compilation (i.e. PDX POP NOW!, Failing Music, etc).
