One of our favorite things to do is to help provide an authentic Portland experience with travelers that visit our hometown! Over the next few weeks, we’re sharing must-see highlights from some of our favorite Portland neighborhoods for your trip to Portland!

It won't take you long to fall in love with Portland  - there is so much to do and it's easy to get around via bikes or public transportation! And keep an eye out for our many nicknames - Rose City, Bridge City, Stumptown, Rip City, PDX.

Stumptown Coffee

Start the day with a cup of locally roasted coffee by Stumptown Coffee Roasters. Located inside Ace Hotel this coffee shop is a favorite of Portland locals. Stumptown Coffee offers four different cafe locations.

Washington Park

This park that has it all!  The Oregon ZooRose Garden, Japanese Garden, and Pittock Mansion are all conveniently located in the same area. Have a picnic in the garden, explore some of the best Portland city views, or take go on a hike on nearby trails!

Powell's City of Books is known as the largest used and new bookstore in the world, taking up an entire block! A true classic Portland spot you don’t want to miss. P.S. The rare book room is worth checking out.
