  • In this Idea Box, you will find 60 different ways that your child can show they care. You will find kindness acts directed towards members of the family, general ideas for random (but safe) people- like neighbors, and also some for the child themselves…because it is important to learn how to care about ourselves and our things.

    This is a great way for your child to connect with others, participate in simple acts of goodwill, and continue learning good manners…and, a great way for you to open up a good dialogue on what all of that means. You can start with one of the simple ideas you find in the box, and then expand on it if you choose.

    Here are just a few of the ideas you will find in the box:
    •Share a smile with someone
    •Give someone a compliment
    •Curl up on the couch together and talk
    •Practice making eye contact with people
    •Say “Thank You” today

    Your child will love choosing one of the coins from the box! It’s a fun surprise for them, and then they get to do something nice for someone!

Not only do we want to encourage learning through play; we hope that our Idea Boxes help play a part in making long-lasting, feel-good memories for you and your children. Of course, we cannot say enough about the secretly educational benefits of our Idea Boxes, but that is for us grown-ups to worry about. The only thing your child needs to worry about is doing what they do best...playing!
