Soul Chai founder, Sally Burgess, is a lifelong lover of tasty hot beverages. While attempting to reduce her daily coffee consumption, she started ordering chai at cafes, only to find them underwhelming and overly-sweet. Sally wondered why chai wasn’t made with the same tender loving care as coffee, and set out to make her own. After several years perfecting the recipe, Soul Chai was born as a truly spicy, matcha-style chai powder that can be made to order, one cup at a time.
